Golfer’s elbow is a condition that causes pain where the tendons of the forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside of the elbow. The pain might spread into the forearm and wrist. Golfer’s elbow is similar to a tennis elbow, which occurs on the outside of the elbow.

To detect Golfer’s Elbow, the examiner palpates the medial epicondyle with one hand and grasps the patient’s wrist with his/her other hand. The examiner then passively supinates the forearm and extends the elbow and wrist.
