Dr. Yatin Mehta is a chairman at the Department of Anaesthesiology and Critical Care and has an experience of nearly 40 years.
Earlier in his career, he has also worked as a senior consultant at Apollo Hospital, New Delhi and as a director in Fortis Escort Research Institute, New Delhi.
His key areas of expertise are cardiac anaesthesia, critical care, pain management, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Dr Yatin Mehta was awarded FIACTA (Honorary), Fellow in TEE by Indian Association of Cardiovascular Thoracic Anaesthesiologists in 2019, and FICCM (honorary) by Indian College of Critical Care Medicine.
He was the National Coordinator for Dr. Rosenthal’s International Nosocomial Infection Control Consortium (INICC).
In addition to this, he is on the editorial board of several journals and has 200 publications and 250 presentations to his credit.
Dr. Mehta was the Vice President of ISCCM Delhi Branch and also has been an executive committee member for two terms.
He was additionally the President of the Indian Association of Cardiovascular Thoracic Anaesthesiologists (IACTA).
